About Our Chapter

The ABWA Niagara Falls Charter Chapter was founded in 1952, and today it is one of the strongest ABWA chapters in the country. Our members come not only from Niagara Falls, but also North Tonawanda, Grand Island, Lewiston, Youngstown, and other cities and towns across the Buffalo Niagara region. Our diverse membership includes women in a wide range of professional fields and occupations as well as women business owners.

In 2008, we had the honor of hosting the District IV Regional Spring Conference for ABWA National, bringing hundreds of ABWA women from 14 states up and down the east coast to Niagara Falls, NY. We have also contributed over $100,000 to date through scholarships to Niagara and Erie County students and donations to local charitable organizations.

Our Mission

To bring together businesswomen of diverse occupations and to provide opportunities for them to help themselves and others grow personally and professionally through leadership, education, networking support and national recognition.
